Last year, I decided to get back into wine making (or ‘zymology’).  I had made wine many years ago with fairly unimpressive results.  In fact, it was pretty rancid.

Things have come along since then.  Kits are now so good, that you will have difficulty telling them apart from their commercial equivelant.  When I get the opportunity I will write a step-by-step guide to making your own vino.  It’s so easy in fact, that you’ll wish you had done it sooner.
